Common use of Personal Loss of Property Clause in Contracts

Personal Loss of Property. The school district will consider claims for reimbursement from an administrator for loss or damage to personal property which occurred while on school property. In the event that such loss or damage may be covered under an administrator=s personal insurance program, the District shall consider reimbursement of the difference between the actual amount of loss and his/her insurance coverage.
