Common use of PERSONAL LOSSES Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL LOSSES. 44.01 Items of equipment or personal belongings of an employee which are damaged or destroyed while on the job, except due to employee negligence, shall be replaced or repaired at the Employer's expense after verification by the Department Head that said item(s) were indeed damaged or destroyed while on the job. Payments under this paragraph shall not exceed two hundred ($200.00) dollars per calendar year per employee.
