Personal or educational. Nurses who do not occupy key/critical positions and are returning from an approved personal or educational leave of absence of sixty (60) days or less shall be reinstated to their former position. Nurses returning from an approved personal or educational leave of absence exceeding sixty (60) days will be assigned to their former or equivalent position whenever possible.
