Customer is solely responsible for any information that you or others publish or store on the Personal Webpages. Customer is also responsible for ensuring that all content made available through the Personal Webpages is appropriate for those who may have access to it. You must take appropriate measures to prevent minors from receiving or accessing inappropriate content. Xxxxxxx reserves the right to remove, block, or refuse to post or store any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, it deems to be in violation of theContent and Information Restrictions” section of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “material” refers to all forms of communications, including narrative descriptions, graphics (including photographs, illustrations, images, drawings, logos), executable programs and scripts, video recordings, and audio recordings. Xxxxxxx may remove or block content contained on the Customer’s Personal Webpages and terminate your Personal Webpages and/or your use of the Service, if we determine that you have violated the terms of this Agreement. Use of the Personal Webpages shall be limited as follows: • Customers may receive up to one (1) File Transfer Protocol (“FTP”) Personal Webpage site and one (1) template Personal Webpage site per ISP account. • The FTP account will include up to twenty (20) mb of server space. • Xxxxxxx reserves the right to limit usage on Customer’s application for Service. • Server side executable programs are not permitted. • Xxxxxxx is not responsible for any revenue lost by a site being down. • Customers may not share their passwords. • Xxxxxxx’x name and trademark may not appear to endorse a Personal Webpage site.
