Personalty Related to the Land and Improvements. A first-priority lien on and security interest in all equipment, furniture, fixtures, and materials to be incorporated into any Improvements, and any other personal property owned by Borrower located on or used in connection with the Land and Improvements; provided, however, that as to any such property assets subject to an Approved Existing Lien, Bank shall obtain a second-priority security interest, subject only to the Approved Existing Lien.

  • Personalty 3.1 Subject to any rights of the Corporation or any holder of a xxxx-xxxx to which the Lease is subordinate, this sale includes all of the Seller's interest, if any, in the Personalty and the Included Interests. 3.2 No consideration is being paid for the Personalty or for the Included Interests; nothing shall be sold to Purchaser if the Closing does not occur. 3.3 Prior to Closing, Seller shall remove from the Unit all the furniture, furnishings and other property not included in this sale, and repair any damage caused by such removal.

Reimbursement for a watch shall be limited to the functional value of the watch.

  • B8 Property Where the Client issues Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the property of the Client and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Client and its agents to enter upon any premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property. The Contractor shall not in any circumstances have a lien or any other interest on the Property and the Contractor shall at all times possess the Property as fiduciary agent and bailee of the Client. The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the title of the Client to the Property and the exclusion of any such lien or other interest are brought to the notice of all sub-contractors and other appropriate persons and shall, at the Client’s request, store the Property separately and ensure that it is clearly identifiable as belonging to the Client.

  • Mortgaged Property The real property securing repayment of the debt evidenced by a Mortgage Note.

  • Owned Property We do not cover property damage to property owned by any insured or any other resident of any insured's household. This includes expenses and costs incurred by any insured or others to repair, replace, restore or maintain such property to prevent injury to a person or damage to property of others, whether on or away from an insured location.

  • Photograph of the Mortgaged Property Survey of the Mortgaged Property, unless a survey is not required by the title insurer.

  • Real Property; Personal Property (a) On the Disaffiliation Date, Local Church will have full title and ownership of the Real Property and Personal Property. The parties shall ensure all necessary transfers or other transactions relating to the above properties are completed on or prior to the Disaffiliation Date. (b) At Closing, the Annual Conference shall deliver to the Local Church: (i) the Deed(s) quitclaiming and releasing all interest of the Annual Conference in the Real Property to the Local Church; (ii) the Bill of Sale conveying all the interest of the Annual Conference in the Personal Property to the Local Church; and, (iii) a FIRPTA certificate.
