Common use of Personnel Committee Clause in Contracts

Personnel Committee. 31.1. An Employee may request that the Employer complete a job audit if his/her position duties have changed significantly. A standing Personnel Committee consisting of the executive board of CDSA and designee and an Employer representative shall meet at least once every three (3) months to review job audit requests and to determine whether a job audit should be conducted for the purpose of determining whether the specifications for a job classification should be amended, whether the position should be reclassified to a different job classification, or whether there is a need to establish a new job classification to describe the existing position. Job audits will be performed in the order determined by the Personnel Committee. The Personnel Committee shall meet and negotiate the pay rate for any position with a new, or amended job description, or any newly created classification which is represented by CDSA.
