Personnel Committee. a. Unit members at each school will elect a Personnel Committee (“PC”) of not more than seven (7) members with the simple majority (at maximum) of members being teachers at the site. For example, a seven (7) member PC shall have four (4) teacher members, and a five (5) member PC shall have three (3) teacher members.
