Personnel Reduction Procedures. a. The President shall inform the Xxxxxxx and Vice President for Academic Affairs of the number of positions to be reduced. The Xxxxxxx and Vice President for Academic Affairs shall, in conjunction with the Deans, determine the number and location of those reductions observing academic integrity.
