Pesticide Application Stipend. Certified employees assigned to apply pesticides shall be compensated at the rate of two dollars ($2.00) per hour in addition to their regular rate of pay for each hour required to apply pesticides. Employees shall be compensated for a minimum of one (1) hour of such work regardless of the length of the assignment.
