Common use of Pet Policy Clause in Contracts

Pet Policy. To abide by the PHA’s Pet Policy. Tenant will not keep pets such as dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, or other animals anywhere in the complex, unless the pet has been registered with and approved by the PHA, and the family has executed a formal pet ownership agreement that becomes an attachment to this Lease, by reference. Tenants who are persons with disabilities and have an assistance animal shall abide by the PHA’s Assistance Animal Policy.
