Gardening. 5.1 No plant or flower may be picked from nor may any damage be caused to the garden areas on the common property which are not part of any sole utilisation area for garden purposes. The natural flora and fauna (if applicable) shall not be destroyed, removed or damaged in any way without the prior written consent of the trustees. 5.2 Garden tools and other equipment shall not be kept in any place where they will be in view from other sections or any portion of the common property. If an owner or lessee requires a storage facility for such items, written approval must be given. 5.3 No trees are to be cut without the written permission of the trustees. 5.4 An owner or resident of a section shall maintain his sole utilisation area for garden purposes, if any, in a neat and tidy condition.

Gardening. 1. Assignment of employees in the gardening section shall encompass all of the designated tasks of the employees in that classification at the work site. 2. If it becomes necessary to reassign an employee to another crew, the employee who has been reassigned to another crew for a period in excess of five (5) working days may at any time request in writing to be returned to the regular crew. The request shall be granted within ten (10) working days after receipt by the District. 3. If at any time during the year a vacancy occurs in a crew, the most senior employee who requests the assignment shall be given prime consideration for the appointment. Deviation therefrom shall be substantiated by management.
Gardening. Gardening opportunities are necessarily limited in campus housing. However, there are some small ways you can use your “green thumb.” a. Students are not permitted to plant flowers or do other gardening in the grounds of the Seminary. b. Garden plants are permitted in boxes or pots on your patio. Patios that face the street at Xxxxxxxx Farms are not permitted to have garden plants grow higher than 1 foot above the patio wall.
Gardening. 11.1 To maintain any shrubs, trees and bushes that are above a height of 5ft by lopping pruning or cutting them to the appropriate height to ensure they do not become overgrown, or a nuisance to the Tenant or any neighbouring property. It is agreed between the Landlord and Tenant as follows: 1. Ending the Tenancy and Re-entry 1.1. If at any time: 1.1.1. the Rent, or any part of it remains unpaid for 14 days after falling due, whether formally demanded or not; or 1.1.2. if any agreement or obligation of the Tenant is not complied with; or 1.1.3. if any of the grounds set out in Schedule 2 of the Housing Act 1988 (as amended) being grounds 2, 7a, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 14za, 15 or 17 are made out copies of all the grounds being available upon written request; the Landlord may give written Notice to the Tenant that the Landlord seeks possession of the Property. If the Tenant does not comply with that Notice the Landlord will bring this Agreement to an end and re-gain possession of the Property by complying with his statutory obligations; obtaining a court order; and re-entering the Property with the County Court Bailiff. When the Bailiff enforces a possession order the right for the Tenant to remain in the Property will end. This clause does not prejudice any other rights that the Landlord may have in respect of the Tenant’s obligations under this Agreement.
Gardening. All open inside and outside spaces of yards, pathways and buildings will be landscaped with trees and grass adequate for the region. Air-Conditioning (AA): Includes drains and air-conditioning units Split according to the AA Layout (to be confirmed) It does not include AA equipment. Server: not included in the proposal. Gardening. The Landlord Resident (check one) will pay for, water and maintain the garden, landscaping, trees and shrubs. Landlord will maintain the sprinkler system unless damage is caused by Resident. Resident is responsible for notifying Landlord of any malfunction of the system within two days of system malfunctioning. Landlord and Resident agree that State or local water use restrictions shall supersede any obligation of the Landlord or Resident to water or maintain any garden, landscaping, trees or shrubs. Resident's failure to maintain any item for which Resident is responsible shall give Landlord the right to hire someone to perform such maintenance and charge Resident to cover the cost of such maintenance.
