Common use of PETS OR ANIMALS Clause in Contracts

PETS OR ANIMALS. Pets or animals of any kind will not be permitted on premises without the written consent of the LANDLORD. Any violation of this clause will be considered a breach of the Lease and immediately give the LANDLORD the right to declare the TENANT(S) in default. If a pet is found on the premises (even if it is just there temporarily) without written consent of the LANDLORD, TENANT(S) will be charged a $400 fee and the pet shall be removed from the premises immediately.
