Livestock. 5.1 Except with the prior written permission of the Council, the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment including rabbits and hens, which are permitted by the Allotments Act 1950.
5.2 Livestock may only be kept in numbers and conditions specified by the Council.
5.3 Livestock must be kept in such a way as they are not prejudicial to health or a nuisance.
Livestock. 7.1. Except with the prior written consent of the Council the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment Plot.
Livestock. 6.1. Except with the prior written consent of the Council the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment Garden with the exception of hens (no Cockerels) to the extent permitted by section 12 of the Allotments Xxx 0000. (Such animals not to be kept for trade or business purposes and accordingly to be limited in number as the Council may provide in writing.)
6.2. Livestock must be kept so that they are not prejudicial to health or a nuisance.
Livestock. 11.1 Except as provided or approved in writing by CF and the management of the hired venue, no livestock shall be brought into the grounds or the event area.
11.2 Livestock brought onto the grounds after approval from CF and the management of the hired venue shall be the responsibility of the relevant Sponsor. Any incidents or damages by the livestock will be the responsibility of the Sponsor.
11.3 Livestock, once onsite and in place, are not to be moved around the venue during the Event.
Livestock. All present and after-acquired Livestock supplied by Breeder Finance to the Producer, from time to time, including Livestock branded with Breeder Livestock's registered brand, being shelter over triangle at any location ("Livestock") and Livestock tagged with an ear tag approved by Alberta Breeder Finance Inc. (the "Livestock"); and
Livestock. Not to keep any animals or livestock of any kind on the Allotment Garden except for bees, chickens or rabbits, subject to written permission granted by the Council.
Livestock. The Licensee shall not keep or permit to be kept any animals, reptile or bird upon the Premises or any part thereof or in the surrounding areas designated by the Licensor.
Livestock. 3.8.1 Written consent is required from CTC to keep poultry on an allotment. An application form is attached to this agreement. For tenants taking on an allotment from 1 April 2019, a maximum of 10 will be allowed per tenant. Further details can be found in the Guidelines for Keeping Poultry 2019 (Clause 3.3.4.2).
3.8.2 Consent will only be given provided that the livestock is not prejudicial to human health or animal welfare or a nuisance to surrounding plot holders. Stringent animal welfare conditions apply.
3.8.3 Minimum standards in CTC guidelines for keeping poultry on allotments with regards to housing, food, water, animal husbandry, health and welfare must be met. Guidelines are attached with this agreement. Failure to adhere to the Guidelines will mean termination of your Tenancy Agreement.
Livestock. 3.8.1 Written consent is required from WHBC to keep hens or rabbits on an allotment. Application forms are attached to this agreement.
3.8.2 Consent will only be given provided that the livestock is not prejudicial to human health or animal welfare or a nuisance to surrounding plot holders or residents. Applications forms are attached to this agreement and stringent animal welfare conditions apply.
3.8.3 Minimum standards in WHBC guidelines for keeping hens and rabbits on Allotments with regards to housing, food, water, animal husbandry, health and welfare must be met.
Livestock. 7.1. Except with the prior written consent of the Association the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment Garden Plot save rabbits, hens and ducks (not cockerels) to the extent permitted by section 12 Allotments Act 1950. (Such animals not to be kept for trade or business purposes and accordingly to be limited in number as the Association may provide in writing.)
7.2. Livestock must be kept so that they are not prejudicial to health or a nuisance.
7.3. Beehives may be permitted on the Allotment Land. To keep bees a member must obtain prior written consent from the Association, and must be a member of the Cambridgeshire Beekeepers’ Association, and must be appropriately insured. Bees must be kept in accordance with guidelines issued by the Cambridgeshire Beekeepers’ Association.
7.4. Livestock must be kept so as not to cause unnecessary suffering to the livestock.
