Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Commencement of Final Design This contract does not obligate the State to proceed with final design for any alternative. On completion of environmental documentation, the State will consider all reasonable alternatives in a fair and objective manner. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in the contract or in any work authorization, the Engineer may not proceed with final design until after all relevant environmental decision documents have been issued.

In the Event of Forecasted Surpluses If the HSP is forecasting a surplus, the Funder may take one or more of the following actions: adjust the amount of Funding to be paid under Schedule A, require the repayment of excess Funding; adjust the amount of any future funding installments accordingly.
System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Testing Procedure Limitations The Asset Representations Reviewer will only be required to perform the testing procedures listed under “Tests” in Schedule A, and will have no obligation to perform additional procedures on any Subject Lease or to provide any information other than a Review Report indicating for each Subject Lease whether there was a Test Pass or a Test Fail for each Test, or whether the Subject Lease was a Test Complete and the related reason. However, the Asset Representations Reviewer may provide additional information about any Subject Lease that it determines in good faith to be material to the Review.
