Initial Planning. Not later than fifteen (15) work days after the first school day of the year in which the evaluation is to take place, all unit members scheduled for evaluation shall be notified by the principal of their participation in the evaluation process. The notification shall include the name of the evaluator as well as copies of the RBUSD Expectations for Practice, the Tier I Initial Reflection document, the Tier I Final Reflection document and a blank Tier I Final Evaluation form.
Initial PlanningDevelopment Manager shall: (i) Ascertain the significant subdivision, zoning, building code and other governmental compliance issues for the Project (collectively, the “Entitlement Requirements”); (ii) Provide to Owner soils reports, environmental reports and other reports and studies in Development Manager’s possession in connection with the Project; (iii) Obtain preliminary site plans, surveys, topographical surveys and schematic designs and elevations for the Project; and (iv) Coordinate preparation and submission of materials, plans and information as necessary under the Entitlement Requirements, and coordinate the Project development requirements of governmental agencies.
Initial Planning. 1. The APE for archaeological resources is defined as all areas of direct ground disturbance by the Project. This APE for archaeology includes any areas excavated for the placement of piers to support the elevated structures, foundations for buildings and structures, utility installation, grading to provide parking, or other construction-related ground disturbance, including preparation of construction staging areas. The APE includes the new location of any utilities that will be relocated by the Project. 2. The City shall develop an Archaeological Inventory Survey (AIS) Plan for the APE for each construction phase and shall submit it to the SHPD. The SHPD will provide comments to the City to be taken into account in revising the AIS plan or accept the AIS Plan within thirty (30) days. The AIS Plan shall follow the requirements of Hawai‘i Administrative Rules (HAR) Chapter 13- 276, Rules Governing Standards for Archaeological Inventory Surveys and Reports. 3. The O‘ahu Island Burial Council (OIBC) will have jurisdiction to determine the treatment of previously identified Native Hawaiian burial sites pursuant to HAR Chapter 13-300, Rules of Practice and Procedure Relating to Burial Sites and Human Remains. Any iwi kupuna (Native Hawaiian burials) discovered during the AIS shall be treated as previously identified burial sites.

Rubic shall not undertake, nor permit any third party to undertake, any activities directed to a Commercial Product, including, without limitation, manufacturing or marketing a Commercial Product, unless and until the Parties have agreed to economic terms for a commercial license for such Commercial Product. Rubic acknowledges that Xxxxxx is working and will continue to work, on its own and with other potential collaborators and licensees, on the development of vaccines and therapeutic proteins using the C1 Platform, and, as such, Dyadic cannot represent or warrant that any particular biologic target or pathogen is available for development or commercialization under this Agreement unless and until that particular biologic target or pathogen is included in a workplan mutually agreed upon in writing by the Parties. For the avoidance of doubt, Xxxxxx shall have no obligation to reserve any such biologic target or pathogen for Rubic. Clinical Plan: Rubic shall provide Dyadic with regular, written reports of the activities undertaken with regard to the development of one or more Candidate Products pursuant to this Agreement. Dyadic shall have full access to and use of all data, information and/or other materials generated pursuant to this Agreement or relating to the activities undertaken hereunder or the compositions of matter subject hereto, including, without limitation, all research, pre-clinical and/or clinical data. Initial Planning. This stage involves reviewing existing information about the protected area’s values and potential management issues; determining how complex and in-depth the management planning process needs to be; confirming First Nations’, local communities, and public interests in the protected area; developing a process to address the identified interests and concerns; and establishing a management planning project team. The outcome of the initial planning stage is a project plan. The public is notified when the project plan is complete and the project is being initiated. Draft Management Plan. During this stage, the planning team will identify the values, vision (the desired future condition) and principles that will guide future management of the protected area. Previously identified interests and issues are discussed, and appropriate management direction is developed in the form of a vision, management objectives and strategies, and a zoning plan. The draft management plan must be prepared using the established XX Xxxxx management plan template. As per the XX Xxxxx policy, there must be an opportunity for public review and comment on the draft plan. Final Management Plan. This stage involves the review of all submissions received during the public review period and the subsequent editing of the plan if and as required. Following the review and approval of the draft management plan by XX Xxxxx decision makers, the management plan is finalised. At this stage, the final management plan may also require First Nations’ and/or other partners’ approval.
Initial Planning. A planning session is to occur between the mental health provider and center staff/network coordinator and infant/toddler home providers, prior to the rendering of any services. The purpose of this session is to allow for introduction of both the consultant and the agency; to discuss the mental health services as it relates to the needs of the center/home, to include both educational activities for the entire program year and the referral process for children suspected/identified as special needs. The planning session is to occur no later than 60 days from beginning of program year and should include at least two parent representatives. The Mental Health Activity Record (DFSS 2568A) is to be completed during the planning session showing dates indicated for the following activities:  Parent orientation (to occur by October 31)  Parent education workshops  Classroom observations  Observations of infant and toddler/home provider interactions  Staff development workshops Parent education workshop topics will be left blank until the parent orientation occurs. It is recommended that the mental health provider leave materials to be distributed to parents so that parents can start to determine workshop topics prior to the parent orientation. Other services are to be scheduled as needed by the site, such as individual observations, parent consultations and staff development workshops. If a planned activity is to be canceled, a maximum of one week notice of the cancellation is requested. At a minimum, notification should be given 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity is to be given by the person canceling the session to the delegate agency. This applies both to the mental health provider and HS/EHS delegate agency.
