Phase Payments. 4.1. Promptly upon the Conditions Precedent being provided to the Bank in a form and substance satisfactory to the Bank or upon the Bank waiving its right to receive any Conditions Precedent, the Bank shall notify the Managing Agent that each Conditions Precedent has been satisfied or waived.
