Phone Numbers and Porting. You must accept the phone number we assign to you at the time you subscribe to American Assistance Services. We reserve the right to change your mobile phone number at any time, but we will attempt to notify you prior to any such change. You can switch your number to another American Assistance Device at no additional charge. Except for any legal right you may have to transfer (“port”) your phone number to or from another carrier, you have no and cannot gain any proprietary ownership or other rights to any phone number we assign to you, your Device, or your account. We do not guarantee that numbers ported to or from American Assistance will be successful. To request to port a phone number to or from American Assistance, please contact American Assistance Customer Service by dialing 611 from your American Assistance Device or calling toll-free at 0.000.000.0000. Before you call to port a number to American Assistance, please have a bill from your existing wireless or wireline provider available. When you port a number to American Assistance from another carrier, you are solely responsible for all charges billed or incurred prior to deactivation of service with your prior carrier and for any applicable early termination fees assessed by your prior carrier; American Assistance will not reimburse you for these charges. Due to compatibility issues, you may be required to purchase or obtain a new device to use our Services after you port a number to American Assistance, and you may be without Services until the new device is configured. If you authorize another carrier to port a number from American Assistance, we will consider that a request by you to terminate all of your Services with us that are associated with that number and the termination will occur on the date the number is ported. We reserve the right, prior to honoring the port request, to collect any balance owed by you to us. If your Services are terminated for any reason and you do not port your number to another provider, we may reassign the phone number you were using to another subscriber without notice. You will not be able to transfer any unused talk, text, or data allotments on your American Assistance account to your new provider and after the porting is completed, you will no longer be able to use our Services with that number.   • Telephone Numbers 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymax. 10.2 Ymax’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to Ymax, from Ymax to Verizon, or from Ymax to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Ymax, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Ymax. 10.6 Ymax may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

  • Contact Numbers The Parties agree to provide one another with toll-free nation- wide (50 states) contact numbers for the purpose of ordering, provisioning and maintenance of services.

  • CUSIP and ISIN Numbers The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP” and “ISIN” numbers and, if so, the Trustee shall use “CUSIP and “ISIN” numbers in notices of redemption or purchase as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of a redemption or purchase and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption or purchase shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such CUSIP and ISIN numbers. The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any change in the CUSIP and ISIN numbers.
