Grantees are responsible for the following photo documentation: • Existing conditions photos, which should illustrate the current conditions of the project site and demonstrate the need for improved facilities • Project milestone photos (such as workshops, presentations to community groups, other agencies, and elected officials) Photos should be high resolution (at least 4 inches by 6 inches with a minimum of 300 pixels per inch) and contain captions with project descriptions, dates, locations, and the names of those featured, if appropriate.
