Photographing Employees. A. Employees have the right to refuse to be photographed or recorded on video, other than for security purposes, by the Agency. An employee must refuse in each instance and cannot provide a blanket refusal. B. The Agency will obtain a release from employees before using employee photographs or video recordings for promotional purposes.
Photographing Employees. When Prop and Miniature Journeymen, or any other employees subject to the terms of this Agreement, are photographed in front of a motion picture camera, they shall be employed under the appropriate terms of the Actors or Extras contract. When any employee is employed to render additional services other than Actor or Extra work (under the terms of this Agreement), he shall also be paid according to the provisions of such contract.

  • Authorized Employees Contractor acknowledges that Section285.530, RSMo, prohibits any business entity or employer from knowingly employing, hiring for employment, or continuing to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the State of Missouri. Contractor therefore covenants that is not knowingly in violation of subsection 1 or Section 285.530, RSMo, and that it will not knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ any unauthorized aliens to perform work on the Project, and that its employees are lawfully to work in the United States.

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked. The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime.   • RELATED EMPLOYERS If any member of the Employer's related group (as defined in Section 1.30 of the Plan) executes a Participation Agreement to this Adoption Agreement, such member's Employees are eligible to participate in this Plan, unless excluded by reason of an exclusion classification elected under this Adoption Agreement Section

  • Contract Employees Contained in Annexure D.

  • Relief Employees Relief or part-time employees shall be paid the same hourly rate as full-time employees in the same occupational classification.
