Photographs and Other Media. By clicking on the agreement box, I authorize SWIBL access to photograph my team games. I understand the photos may be used in and on various media including without limitation, the internet, social media or through print materials. I further hereby grant SWIBL the right to use audio/typed interview(s), photo(s) video image(s) and other similar works in media print or production, including without limitation, social media, and to use of my likeness, and biographical information in connection with the promotion of SWIBL and in furtherance of the goals and operation of SWIBL. I further grant to SWIBL or the producer of any work related thereto hired by SWIBL the right to edit, reuse, and make recordings of my voice and likeness in whole or in part, for radio broadcasting, non-broadcast audio and video distribution, or scholarly research and educational uses, and other electronic or mechanical distribution throughout the world in perpetuity. I understand that SWIBL may register the copyright to the photo(s), video image(s), audio/print interview(s) in its own name, and the copyright thereto shall be the sole and exclusive property of SWIBL. I hereby warrant and represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and grant the rights granted to SWIBL contained herein. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SWIBL and its officers, agents or employees against claims, legal proceedings, damages, actions and expenses based on or with respect to a breach of this agreement.

Photographs and Other Media. I authorize HTFOD, its partnering organizations, affiliates, and sponsors, and their respective successors and assigns, to photograph, audiotape, videotape, or otherwise record my child as a participant in the Activities and grant the right to HTFOD, its partnering organizations, affiliates, and sponsors, and their respective successors and assigns, to use such photographs, audiotapes, films, tapes, or other recordings, including reproductions thereof or likenesses based thereon, with or without my child’s name or with a fictitious name, in any legal manner for advertising, public relations or otherwise, in all means or media now known or later invented, and the right to copyright same. For myself and my child, I waive all right of inspection and approval, and release HTFOD and its partnering organizations, affiliates, and sponsors, and their respective directors, officers, managers, members, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives, and their heirs, successors and assigns, from all liability arising out of the exercise of the rights hereby granted.

Photographs and Other Media. Participant agrees to be photographed or recorded in other media in connection with the Program or other AFFILIATE or PDG AFFILIATE events.   • Contract and other writing(s) setting forth the final agreements, clarifications and terms between the Bid Documents and Contractor’s Bid.
