Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. Completion Certificate (i) Upon completion of all Works forming part of the Project Highway, and the Authority’s Engineer determining the Tests to be successful and after the receipt of notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premium payment receipts in respect of the insurance defined in Article 20 and Schedule P of this Agreement, it shall, at the request of the Contractor forthwith issue to the Contractor and the Authority a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Schedule-L (the “Completion Certificate”). (ii) Upon receiving the Completion Certificate, the Contractor shall remove its equipment, materials, debris and temporary works from the Site within a period of 30 (thirty) days thereof, failing which the Authority may remove or cause to be removed, such equipment, materials, debris and temporary works and recover from the Contractor an amount equal to 120% (one hundred and twenty per cent) of the actual cost of removal incurred by the Authority. (iii) Without prejudice to the obligations of the Contractor specified in Articles 14 and 17, the property and ownership of all the completed Works forming part of the Project Highway shall vest in the Authority.
Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence The Company and the Shareholders shall have completed their legal, accounting and business due diligence of the Parent and the results thereof shall be satisfactory to the Company and the Shareholders in their sole and absolute discretion.
Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.
