Physical or Mental Impairment. Should Xxxxx-Xxxxx have difficulty performing the essential functions of her position due to a disability, the District and Yaung-Kishi shall enter into the interactive process to determine if a reasonable accommodation can be provided by the District so that he can perform the essential functions of her job without undue hardship to the District.
