Common use of Physicians’ Allocation Clause in Contracts

Physicians’ Allocation. TSR: COUNTY shall appropriate in the County General Fund an 16 amount equal to TSR funds specifically designated for emergency medical services provided by 17 emergency room physicians and emergency room on-call physician specialists, in accordance with all 18 applicable governmental laws, regulations, and requirements as they exist now or may hereafter be 19 amended or changed.

Physicians’ Allocation. TSR: COUNTY shall appropriate in the County General Fund an 16 12 amount equal to TSR funds specifically designated for emergency medical services provided by 17 13 emergency room physicians and emergency room on-call physician specialists, in accordance with all 18 14 applicable governmental laws, regulations, and requirements as they exist now or may hereafter be 19 15 amended or changed.
