PIN Numbers and Password. Upon the execution of this Agreement by the Participant and the acceptance thereof by the Distributor, the Participant shall be issued a PIN Number by the Distributor and each Authorized Person will be issued a personal ID and password for use on the Website. To place Orders through the Distributor, the Authorized Person must provide the Participant’s valid PIN Number and must also enter a valid personal ID and password to access the Website. The PIN Number is used to identify the Participant and validate instructions issued by the Participant pursuant to this Agreement. The Distributor shall be entitled to assume that all instructions issued to it using the Participant’s PIN Number have been properly placed by Authorized Persons, unless the Participant has revoked its PIN Number and such revocation has been acknowledged by the Distributor. The Distributor shall be under no obligation to verify that an Order is being placed by an Authorized Person. The Participant agrees that neither the Distributor nor the Trust shall be responsible for any losses incurred by the Participant as a result of an Authorized Person identifying himself or herself as a different Authorized Person or an unauthorized person identifying himself or herself as an Authorized Person. The PIN Number and password shall be kept confidential and only provided to Authorized Persons unless otherwise required by applicable Law. The Participant may revoke the PIN Number and password at any time upon written notice to the Distributor and the Trust, and the Participant shall be responsible for doing so in the event that it becomes aware that an unauthorized person has received access to its PIN Number and/or password or has used the PIN Number and/or password in an unauthorized manner. Upon receipt of such written request, the Distributor shall promptly de-activate the PIN Number and/or password. If a Participant’s PIN Number and/or password is changed, the new PIN Number and/or password will become effective on a date mutually agreed upon by the Participant and the Distributor.

To place Purchase Orders or Redemption Requests through the Distributor, the Authorized Person must provide the Participant’s valid PIN Number and must also enter a valid personal ID and password to access the Website. The PIN Number is used by the Distributor and the Sponsor to identify the Participant and validate instructions issued by the Participant pursuant to this Agreement. The Participant agrees that the Distributor, Sponsor and Trust shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by the Participant or any other person as a result of an Authorized Person identifying himself or herself as a different Authorized Person or an unauthorized person identifying himself or herself as an Authorized Person. It is acknowledged and agreed that these procedures may be revised and updated from time to time and made available in the AP Handbook

  • CUSIP/ISIN Numbers The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use CUSIP and ISIN numbers (in each case, if then generally in use) and, if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP and ISIN numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Issuer will as promptly as practicable notify the Trustee in writing of any change in the CUSIP and ISIN numbers.

  • CUSIP or ISIN Numbers The Company in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP”, “ISIN” or other similar identification numbers (if then generally in use), and, if so, the Trustee shall use “CUSIP”, “ISIN” or such other similar identification numbers in notices of redemption or repurchase as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of a redemption and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or the omission of such numbers. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the “CUSIP”, “ISIN” or such other similar identification numbers.

  • Personal Identification Number We will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for use with your Card at VISA NET automatic teller machines (ATM’s). These numbers are issued to you for your security purposes. These numbers are confidential and should not e disclosed to third parties. You are responsible for safekeeping your PIN. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make available your PIN to anyone not authorized to sign on your Accounts. To keep your Account secure, please do not write your PIN on your Card or keep it in the same place as your Card.

  • EIN Number ☐ Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, by checking this box (i) the obligations of the above-signed to purchase the securities set forth in this Agreement to be purchased from the Company by the above-signed, and the obligations of the Company to sell such securities to the above-signed, shall be unconditional and all conditions to Closing shall be disregarded, (ii) the Closing shall occur on the second (2nd) Trading Day following the date of this Agreement and (iii) any condition to Closing contemplated by this Agreement (but prior to being disregarded by clause (i) above) that required delivery by the Company or the above-signed of any agreement, instrument, certificate or the like or purchase price (as applicable) shall no longer be a condition and shall instead be an unconditional obligation of the Company or the above-signed (as applicable) to deliver such agreement, instrument, certificate or the like or purchase price (as applicable) to such other party on the Closing Date.

The Company will promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the CUSIP or CINS numbers.

  • Tax Identification Number All deposits to the Accounts shall be subject to the Escrow Agent's receipt of a valid tax identification number for the Company, Manager or Potential Investor, as applicable.

  • Employer Identification Number The Administrator shall have and use its own Employer Identification Number for purposes of calculating payroll tax withholdings and providing reports state and federal tax authorities.

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.

  • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.
