Common use of PIN Clause in Contracts

PIN. (a) Each Card Holder shall refer to the security advice provided by the Bank from time to time and use all reasonable care to keep his PIN secret and will not disclose his PIN to any other Person, and shall as soon as reasonably practicable inform the Bank if he becomes aware that his PIN is known to any other Person. Each Card Holder shall be fully responsible for any failure or delay in doing so.
