Loss / Theft. (a) You shall keep all CRC cheques, CRC chequebooks, CRC Card and Citibank ATM/Debit Card in a safe and secure place and ensure that the ATM/Debit Card PIN, the CRC Card PIN and the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any party and you must take all steps and precautions to prevent any forgery, fraud, loss or theft in respect thereof, including but not limited to not drawing CRC cheques in a manner which facilitates forgery or fraud and complying with the terms and conditions stated in the CRC chequebook cover.
(b) If any CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/ Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any person other than you or the PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you is disclosed to any other person, you shall immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS and you shall remain liable and compensate us for all reasonably incurred losses and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost cheque, or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank ATM/Debit Card or CRC Card.
(c) You shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure.
(d) If any lost or stolen CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall immediately inform us and return the same to us.
(e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to you.
Loss / Theft. User agrees not to hold the Center responsible for lost of stolen items.
Loss / Theft. I understand and agree that Quest is not responsible for any loss or theft of participants’ belongings or money. Parents/guardians will be responsible for reimbursement of any willful destruction to site and/or equipment, including graffiti, incurred as a result of their child’s actions.
Loss / Theft. DESTRUCTION OR MUTILATION OF WARRANT ------------------------------------------------- Upon receipt by the Company of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and in case of loss, theft or destruction, upon receipt of an indemnity or security reasonably satisfactory to the Company, and upon reimbursement to the Company of all reasonable expenses incidental thereto, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company will make and deliver a new warrant of like tenor and dated as of such cancellation, in lieu of this Warrant.
Loss / Theft. User agrees not to hold the School Board, the City of Venice or the Center responsible for lost or stolen items.
Loss / Theft. I understand and agree that the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka is not responsible for any loss or theft of my belongings or money. I understand and agree that, as a parent or guardian, I will be re- sponsible for reimbursement of any willful destruction to site and/or equipment, including graffiti, incurred as a result of my child's actions or actions of minors for whom I am responsible.
Loss / Theft. Immediately notify TTUHSC El Paso management if a mobile device is lost or stolen and the user must alert management to the circumstance of the loss and the data contained on the mobile device;
Loss / Theft. In the case of a lost or stolen device, the student agrees to pay the full replacement cost of the device and associated accessories. The student should report the incident to a school administrator within one school day of the occurrence. Device tracking software will be used by the school district to attempt to locate the device. A police report will be filed in the case of theft.
Loss / Theft. Sponsor is solely responsible for the security of all goods, property, equipment, materials, product or any other items (“Sponsor’s Property”) that it or its contractors, agents, or other representatives bring to the Festival. The Festival shall have no obligation or liability whatsoever for any loss, misplacement or theft of Sponsor’s Property.
Loss / Theft. The Civic Center does not provide security for valuables or personal property in the event space. Attendees are solely responsible for safeguarding any valuables. The Civic Center shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever. Minors: X Minors are not permitted to run and/or behave in a disruptive or dangerous manner while on the premises of the Facility. Further, minors are required to be under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times during your event, must stay in your rental room & unable to use our membership areas.
