OVER LIMIT FEE. If you undertake a Transaction in excess of your credit limit we may debit an over limit fee to your Credit Card Account.
OVER LIMIT FEE. An over-limit fee of RM10.00 will be imposed at each occurrence when the Cardmember’s card exceeds the Cardmember’s assigned credit limit.

OVER LIMIT FEE. If you make a charge that causes your account balances to exceed your Credit Limit, you agree to pay a fee of $39 for the first occurrence and for each additional billing period that your Account remains over limit.

If any amount set forth in the Pricing Appendix exceeds the maximum permitted by applicable law, we will follow the law as to such fee or charge.
OVER LIMIT FEE. If the unpaid balance of your account exceeds the Credit Line stated on your monthly billing statement, we may impose an over-limit fee of $30.00. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that exceeds your credit limit.
OVER LIMIT FEE. There is an Over limit fee of $25 each time you exceed your approved credit limit.
OVER LIMIT FEE. If CIBC chooses to process a debit which results in your exceeding your Overdraft Limit (based on end of day balances), you will pay CIBC an over limit fee of $5.00 plus interest on the Indebtedness, currently 21% per year, calculated in accordance with paragraph 4(b). This charge is in addition to the fees you pay under paragraph 4(a). We will only charge you amounts under this Addendum that are permissible by law.
