Pipes, Wires and Conduits. Pipe chases or other enclosures concealing pipes, wires, or conduits within a Unit are part of that Unit. In the event pipes, wires or conduits within such pipe chase or other enclosures serve another Unit located in the same Building, there shall be a reciprocal easement between said Units for the purpose of using such pipes, wires, and conduits and an easement to access such Unit for the purposes of inspecting, repairing, installing, replacing or using such pipes, wires, conduit for any and all purposes for which such pipes, wires or conduits are commonly used.
