PLACE OF CONTRACT. The parties agree that this contract is made and entered into in the State of California.
PLACE OF CONTRACT. This Agreement shall be deemed to be made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. All references in the contract to the “State” shall mean State of Minnesota.

PLACE OF CONTRACT. This Agreement is deemed made in the State of Washington. Licensee consents to jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Washington and to venue in Spokane County and agrees that the laws of the State of Washington shall govern questions of construction or interpretation arising in connection with this Agreement.
PLACE OF CONTRACT. Solely for purposes of Article 9 of Brazilian Decree-law No. 4657 dated September 4, 1942, GSI represents and ITAU expressly agrees that (i) this Agreement and each Transaction entered into hereunder has been constituted in England, (ii) GSI is the proponent of this Agreement and each Transaction entered into hereunder and (iii) GSI has requested that ITAU execute and deliver this Agreement as a condition to GSI entering into Transactions with ITAU.
PLACE OF CONTRACT. This Agreement will be deemed to have been made in the state in which the Owner's branch address as stated in the Agreement is located and any proceedings in relation to any cause of action arising under this Agreement will be instituted, heard and determined in a court of competent jurisdiction in such state. Such court will possess territorial jurisdiction to hear and determine any such proceedings and the Hirer hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such court.
PLACE OF CONTRACT. The parties agree that this contract is made and entered into in the State of Maryland.
PLACE OF CONTRACT. (VENUE): This agreement shall be deemed made and entered into in the State of Colorado, and the parties agree that any action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought only within a court of competent jurisdiction located in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, and no proceedings shall be initiated in any forum outside of the state of Colorado. The provisions of this paragraph are a material part of this agreement.
PLACE OF CONTRACT. All references in the Agreement to the “state” shall mean the State of Missouri. All laws, requirements and regulations of the state shall mean the laws, requirements and regulations of the State of Missouri, the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) or any other applicable state department or agency.
PLACE OF CONTRACT. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Texas and the courts of that state, except as may otherwise be required by the laws of any other jurisdiction.
