Common use of Place of Work Temperature Clause in Contracts

Place of Work Temperature. No employee shall be forced to work when the temperature in the Clinic falls below 60F (16C) or rises above 90F (29C). Furthermore, the employee shall have the right to remove himself/herself from the work area if the above temperatures apply.
