Common use of Place of Work Clause in Contracts

Place of Work. 5.1 The Employee’s normal place of work is the Company’s offices in London from time to time or such other place, which the Board may reasonably require for the proper performance and exercise of his duties. 5.2 The Employee agrees to travel on any Group Company’s business (both within the United Kingdom or abroad) as may be required for the proper performance of his duties under this agreement. 5.3 During the Appointment the Employee may be required to work outside the United Kingdom for a continuous period of more than one month.
