An employee returning from a Military Leave, in accordance with Section 6., shall be eligible to take a supplementary examination for any class for which there is an eligibility list in effect, the examination for which he/she was unable to take by reason of his/her military service, provided such veteran met the requirements for such examination at the date it was originally conducted.
