Common use of Plagiarizing Clause in Contracts

Plagiarizing. The act of stealing and passing off as one’s own work, ideas or words of another, or presenting as one’s own idea or product derived from existing sources without attribution. Incidences of plagiarism will be evaluated and addressed first by the teacher with the student. Upon evaluation, if deemed appropriate, the teacher will confer with the administrator division head for a disciplinary response.
