Term of the Permitted Use. A student who submits to the School, as directed, a properly signed policy and follows the policy to which she/he has agreed will have computer network and Internet access during the course of the school year only. By accepting network access, users waive any and all rights of privacy in connection with their communications achieved through the use of school equipment, software, or connectivity.
