Plan Area Fee Program Credits/Reimbursements. As more particularly described in Chapter 6 of Volume 1 of the Infrastructure Financing Plan, Developer shall be entitled to Plan Area Fee credits and/or reimbursements from the Plan Area Fee Program for the actual costs incurred to design and/or construct eligible Public Improvements. The amount of such Plan Area Fee credits and/or reimbursements shall be adjusted every year consistent with the Plan Area Fee Program.
