Common use of Plan Changes Clause in Contracts

Plan Changes. The Company may, in its sole discretion, change, replace or eliminate any plan or policy described in Sections 5(b) or 5(c) hereof at any time, but shall not do so in a manner which would prevent the Executive from receiving any benefit which the Executive would otherwise have been entitled to receive either at the beginning of the Term or upon termination of the Executive's employment thereafter.
