Planning and Tracking. On a monthly basis, Service Provider shall prepare, with DIR's participation and approval, a rolling quarterly "look ahead" schedule for ongoing and planned changes for the next three (3) months. The status of changes shall be monitored and tracked by Service Provider against the applicable schedule.
