Planning Principal. The process of opening a new building will include the hiring of a planning principal. The Planning Principal will be hired at least one (1) year in advance of the opening of the school site. The duties of the Planning Principal will include all work necessary for opening a fully staffed building on time. The Planning Principal will have limited evaluative responsibilities during the planning year and may be eligible for an additional stipend after their planning principal contract is complete. This stipend would be for moving the school into the new building, unpacking, and associated work to complete the remaining activation and occupancy processes. Completion of minor punch-list items will be exempt from stipend consideration.

  • Accounting Principles Where the character or amount of any asset or liability or item of income or expense is required to be determined or any consolidation or other accounting computation is required to be made for the purposes of this Agreement, the same shall be done in accordance with GAAP, to the extent applicable, except where such principles are inconsistent with the requirements of this Agreement.

  • Funding Principles A Party that spends less than its allocated share of the budget as set out in the Consortium Plan or – in case of reimbursement via unit costs - implements less units than foreseen in the Consortium Plan will be funded in accordance with its actual duly justified eligible costs only. A Party that spends more than its allocated share of the budget as set out in the Consortium Plan will be funded only in respect of duly justified eligible costs up to an amount not exceeding that share.

  • Operating Principles The operations of the Bank shall be conducted in accordance with the principles set out below.

  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Wherever in this Agreement reference is made to generally accepted accounting principles, such reference shall be deemed to be the recommendations at the relevant time of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, or any successor institute, applicable on a consolidated basis (unless otherwise specifically provided herein to be applicable on an unconsolidated basis) as at the date on which a calculation is made or required to be made in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Where the character or amount of any asset or liability or item of revenue or expense is required to be determined, or any consolidation or other accounting computation is required to be made for the purpose of this Agreement or any document, such determination or calculation shall, to the extent applicable and except as otherwise specified herein or as otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, be made in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a consistent basis.

  • Accounting and Financial Reporting 6.1. The Bank shall maintain separate records and ledger accounts in respect of the Contributions deposited in the Trust Fund account and disbursements made therefrom.

  • Training Premium Qualified Operators selected by the Employer to train new Operators shall be paid a training premium of 40¢ per hour while engaged in training work.

  • Financial Stability The Contractor shall meet and comply with all requirements located in Title 27, Articles 1 through 15, of the Indiana Code. This includes, but is not limited to, the requirements pertaining to financial solvency, reinsurance and policy contracts, as well as administration of these processes. FSSA and the Indiana Department of Insurance (IDOI) will monitor the Contractor’s financial performance. FSSA will include IDOI findings in their monitoring activities. FSSA shall be copied on required filings with IDOI, and the required filings shall break out financial information for the Hoosier Healthwise line of business separately. The financial performance reporting requirements are listed in Section 9.1 and are further described in the Hoosier Healthwise MCE Reporting Manual, which shall be provided following the Contract award date.

  • GDPR SAP and Customer agree that it is each party’s responsibility to review and adopt requirements imposed on Controllers and Processors by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), in particular with regards to Articles 28 and 32 to 36 of the GDPR, if and to the extent applicable to Personal Data of Customer/Controllers that is processed under the DPA. For illustration purposes, Appendix 3 lists the relevant GDPR requirements and the corresponding sections in this DPA.

  • Statistics 1. Each Party shall provide to the other Party statistics that are required by domestic laws and regulations, and, upon request, other available statistical information as may be reasonably required for the purpose of reviewing the operation of the air services.

  • Financial Management; Financial Reports; Audits 1. The Recipient shall ensure that a financial management system is maintained in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07 of the Standard Conditions.
