Common use of Playground Clause in Contracts

Playground. A playground area provided for children twelve years old and younger to play on shall be provided. Each playground must include features that appeal to children within the above age group including some of the following: slides, monkey bars, ladders, tunnels, climbers, bridges, ramps, platforms, etc. All playground equipment must be of commercial grade. Each playground must include a minimum of six (6) features.
