Landlord is not responsible for accidents and injuries. • Do not abuse or misuse any of the equipment. • Children under the age of fourteen (14) must be accompanied by an adult. • No running, rough play or unnecessary loud noise permitted at any time. • No tobacco, gum, food, glass or alcohol permitted. • No pets allowed.
