Common use of Playground Clause in Contracts

Playground. I hereby grant permission for my child to use all playground equipment and to participate in all the activities offered by Lord of Life Preschool-Fairfax. I hereby agree to not utilize the class list for commercial purposes. The preschool agrees to not distribute the class list for commercial purposes.
