If at any time the CONTRACTOR fails to clean up the work area to acceptable levels the COUNTY shall retain outside cleaning services and the actual costs for this service shall be deducted from the CONTRACTOR’s final payment with the minimum cost of $50.00 to offset COUNTY time for securing services to properly clean and inspect the site.
