Point of Delivery/Point of Connection. Homewood shall measure the quantity of Water furnished to East Xxxxx Crest under this Agreement during each hour of each day at the Point of Delivery/Point of Connection. The unit of measurement shall be gallons of water, U.S. Standard Liquid Measure, or such other unit of measurement as the Parties may agree in writing.
