Point of Sale Reporting. Paradyne agrees to provide to NetScout, within thirty (30) business days of the close of each calendar quarter, Point of Sale (POS) Marketing & License Agreement Paradyne and NetScout Confidential page 9 NetScout and Paradyne Use Pursuant to Company Procedures 01/26/98 ---------- *** Confidential Treatment Requested 22 reports identifying the quantity and dollar value, and zip code/country code, for the Resale Products sold by Paradyne in the previous calendar quarter.
Point of Sale Reporting. Buyer shall provide to Kentek a monthly reporting of the sale of Printers, Accessories, and Consumables into each territory to assist Kentek in providing commissioned sales representatives compensation for efforts to assist Buyer.
Point of Sale Reporting. Master Distributor shall provide to Motorola, in a form provided by Motorola, Point of Sale ("POS") information on a monthly basis by the third business day of Motorola's fiscal calendar. Master Distributor shall provide additional information to Motorola upon Motorola's reasonable request. (15)
Point of Sale Reporting. Commerce, either directly or indirectly through its contractors, receives data from the transactions made with the Commercial Cards and/or Payment Cards; such data will be delivered to Customer as specified herein.
