That The point in the food service operation where a determination can accurately be made that a reimbursable, freereimbursable paid, reduced price or paid meal free meal/snack has been served to an eligible child. In most cases, the "point of service" must be at the end of the serving line, since that is generally the only place where it can be determined that a reimbursable meal/snack has been served.
