Payment to the City definition

Payment to the City means the payment to the City’s general fund as a payment for operation of the Utility. The amount of the annual Payment to the City shall be governed by the terms of such ordinances of the City which are then in effect with respect to the then outstanding Utility Indebtedness.

Examples of Payment to the City in a sentence

  • If the Director confirms that the Project is complete in full accordance with this Contract and that the Contractor has performed all of its obligations to the City hereunder, the Director will furnish a final Approval for Payment to the City certifying to the City that the Project is complete and the Contractor is entitled to the remainder of the unpaid Contract Price, less any amount withheld pursuant to this Contract.
