Policies and Procedures Manual. 24.1.1 The Service Provider must comply with the Policies and Procedures Manual during the Term in the delivery of the Register and the Services. 24.1.2 The Service Provider must update the Policies and Procedures Manual regularly as material changes occur, and as agreed by the Parties, and at least on a quarterly basis. 24.1.3 The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that up to date copies of the Policies and Procedures Manual will be made available electronically to: (a) Health; and (b) Other Service Providers, if required by Health. 24.1.4 The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that neither the content of nor adherence to any Policies and Procedures Manual will limit or affect any of Health's rights or the Service Provider's obligations under or in connection with this Services Agreement. 24.1.5 The Service Provider must not implement any variations made to the approved Policies and Procedures Manual unless Health has Accepted the variation.
