Common use of Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Clause in Contracts

Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards. Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule D. Amendments will be effective on the first day of April following the receipt of the Notice or on such other date as may be advised by the LHIN or MOHLTC as the case may be.
