Common use of Policy Compliance Clause in Contracts

Employee agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the Company's Confidentiality and Inventions Agreement ("Confidentiality Agreement") that is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 1 and is incorporated by reference.
