Policy Grievance 38. 06.01 The Local or Board shall have the right to file a grievance commencing at Step Two, following the applicable procedures, concerning the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement. 38.06.02 Such grievance shall be filed within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence giving rise to the complaint or within fifteen (15) days of the time that the Local/Board should reasonably have been aware of the alleged violation.
